New Information to help Cellulite Sufferers

If you feel that fast Cellulite Reduction is beyond your power, think again.  There are 5 easy things you can do for yourself everyday that will reduce the appearance of bumpy ugly cellulite.

First a little anatomy…. The first layer of skin (which we can all see) is called the epidermis. Below that is the second deeper layer called the ‘dermis’.  Below the dermis, is subcutaneous (under the skin) and this is where fat accumulates.

We all have this fat under our skin – without it we would die… some people just have more of it than others…and that is where cellulite forms.

Tip 1

Stay away from dodgy creams and wraps, these “miracle” cures only eat at your wallet not your cellulite.

Thinking about the little anatomy lesson we just had, do you really think a cream is going to get all that way down through the layers of the Epidermis and Dermis?  Nope it won’t.

So what you have to do is start moving.  Walking is a good start, it costs nothing.  Get that layer of muscle under the fat working for you.

Tip 2

Drop the soft drinks – sugar free, zero sugar, low carbs, whatever, drop it!  Start saving more money by refusing to buy one more soft drink.  They are terrible for your digestion (more on that in Tip 3) and interfere in the natural elimination of fat.

It has actually been proven that sugar free soft drinks can put weight ON people rather than help them reduce in size.  And if it interferes in the elimination of fats they have to go somewhere right! The un-eliminated fat goes straight to the subcutaneous layer.

Now instead of drinking the soft drinks replace them with fresh clean water and lots of it. It doesn’t have to be expensive bottled water either, if your tap water is safe to drink it is good enough for this purpose. If you want it colder put some in a glass bottle (these are better than plastic ones) and put it in the refrigerator.

Tip 3

Now take the money you saved from not buying all the creams and get a membership at the local gym and move your muscles.  The lifting and toning moves will really help with reducing the cellulite.

Think of all the money you will be able to save on these drinks too – a half gallon of one popular soft drink costs more than a gallon of gas (or a litre of petrol!). If you are consuming two a day you can save nearly $10.00 per day!

Take that money to the local pool and invest in yourself and commit to going a minimum of 5 days a week. I know it sounds like a lot of time, but it doesn’t have to be hard and the natural resistance of the water will help the muscle layer burn the fat off.
